Memoir Tenants

All tenants of Memoir are members of Common House New Orleans. These members do not pay an extra membership fee, but they have all the same perks as standard House members. However, these members are not locked into an annual contract, as their membership is tied to their apartment lease.

Memoir has a certain amount of short-term rentals as well, and those guests also have full access to Common House during their stay. They will need temporary access to Latch and will likely need an orientation similar to New Member Orientation during their first visit.
