What is Dropbox?

File sharing for photos, design materials, menus, etc. Essentially anything created by the Communications team lives in Dropbox.

How do I navigate Dropbox?

Each person has their own personal folder and access to the Comm Team folder. From there, there are photos for each House, OpCo, and Global files. Those folders are broken down further into more specific materials. You may also use the search function to search for key words, though that may not be the best course of action as it will include all current and outdated files.

Can I edit files that are in Dropbox?

The Brand Content Managers may edit files that are saved in Dropbox. Concierge may edit templates in Dropbox, but must not save over those templates.
